Postage, Packaging and Delivery Charges


Where possible we try to process all orders within 48 hours. Whilst most orders will be despatched in this time, please allow 5 working days for deliveries within mainland UK (including Northern Ireland). All orders are sent by royal mail for small items and royal mail signed for delivery for larger items and parcels. However, we reserve the right to replace this delivery services without notice for one that we believe to be more appropriate.


All autographs are inserted into a protective sleeve and placed between two pieces of hard board, this is then put into a bubble lined envelope with “please don’t bend” clearly printed on it.
All 12×16 inch autographs well be packed into a stiff cardboard tube. Keyrings/chains are wrapped and posted in bubble envelopes. Toys and collectables will be securely wrapped and packed in bubble wrap and boxed.

Delivery charges

No charge, free post and packaging within the British isle’s only! Orders from outside the British isle please e.mail us first for a price for post and packaging, please don’t order before contact us as refunds are not always possible and you may loss part or all the payment.

Returns/ cancelations.

In compliance of the distance selling regulations, customers may cancel / return their order with us within 7 days of placing or receiving their goods, whichever is the longest. Also if you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days. We will refund you, provided the purchase / cancelation is returned to us in perfect condition with all documentation and any.
Addition photographs that came with the purchase and with its original packaging. After 7 days a handling fee of 15% of the invoice price will be charged to cover administration costs.

We do not refund postage costs unless an item arrives damaged.

If you do receive an order that has been damaged by the royal mail special delivery service, please notify us at once and we will initiate a claim from the postal services. Again, we ask that you return the order with all documentation that came with the purchase and delivery. The postal service will want to see the damage before settling a claim. This unfortunately can take several weeks to complete. Once the claim has been settled, you will receive a complete refund of any damaged items in your order and all delivery charges, including any you may have acquired in returning item’s. This does not affect your statutory rights! To process a return please go to the returns section in the info pages and fill in the form provided for you.
